HELLO!

I am Mrs. Miller.  I have been the elementary art teacher at Belle Plaine Community Schools for 19 years!  My philosophy is that EVERYONE is inherently artistic.  All are capable to experience, learn, and engage with art.  Many times our artistic output equals our last formal art development instruction.
